We did a fundraiser last year and partnered with https://rentforevent.com/sf/led-screen-rental/outdoor-led-rental/ Their LED screens had great contrast even at sunset, and they set up a real-time donation ticker that motivated people to give more. One tip: if you’re accepting digital donations, you could display a rotating QR code to make it easier for guests to contribute on the spot. Are you planning to show live speaker feeds, or is it mostly pre-recorded content?
